Farmhouse Feasting is a hands-on and intimate culinary experience.
I host seasonal supper clubs and cooking classes from my own kitchen on a converted Dairy farm in the Hampshire countryside.
Supper clubs begin with a welcome drink and canapé before sitting down to a three course seasonal menu with ingredients grown in our kitchen courtyard garden.
Each course offers a wine pairing and the night will end with tea, coffee and a gift to take away.
Cooking classes will begin with welcome canapés and a glass of fizz in the kitchen courtyard.
Since leaving London, my husband Mike has become quite the garden enthusiast, and so if he's around, he will chat about planting through the seasons, companion planting and an organic approach to growing at home that's achievable.
We'll then pick the salads, herbs, vegetables and fruit that we'll use throughout the class.
Heading into the kitchen, we'll prep our homegrown ingredients and together over drinks and music, cook a three course menu, which we'll all enjoy together with paired wines.
At the end of the class, you'll receive a PDF of the recipes you've made and a pot of homemade tayberry jam
to take home with you.

“We had such a brilliant evening, thank you. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. We'll be booking a cooking class next time - need to know how you made the trofie pasta!”
What to expect

Farmhouse Feasting specialises in local and homegrown food, focusing on British, Italian and Scandinavian flavours.
Supper clubs and cooking classes are held throughout the Spring and Summer where you'll immerse yourself in our intimate, communal dining experiences that take place on our converted dairy farm. Supper clubs are ticketed at eight guests around our farm table.
I specifically design the cooking classes to feel like you're cooking with friends so only six spaces per session are offered.
You're very welcome to come solo, as a couple, or book as a group of friends. Classes will alter depending on seasonality and weather. These can range from pasta workshops to Scandinavian or British recipes, holiday specific menus or showcasing a comforting, fuss-free and delicious dinner party menu.
NB - Although I can cater to some dietary requirements I'm afraid I cannot cater to serious allergies.
We have two resident miniature dachshunds, Darcey & Otto so unfortunately our home isn't suitable for anyone with pet allergies.
My name is Nicola, I am a screenwriter and cookbook author and have released two cookbooks with HarperCollins; 'Milly's Real Food' and 'Give the Dog a Bone'.
I am currently shooting my third book 'Farm, Field, Forest' with my friend and photographer Susanna Blåvarg under our brand 'Humble Soufflé', set to be published in 2026.
I have hosted dinner parties for decades and now host supper clubs and cooking classes from my open plan kitchen. We grow most, if not all of our vegetables from our kitchen courtyard garden.
You can find a sample menu by clicking on the top right of the page. What you'll eat as part of a supper club will be similar to what we cook in a class.
I make use of fresh and seasonal produce, usually (if not always) include a home-made pasta or risotto recipe with the emphasis being on healthy, nutritious and delicious food. Classes are always with a glass of wine in hand, good music and conversation!
If you have any questions please feel free to email. Bookings can be made two months ahead via the below booking form.
I look forward to welcoming you!
